MCLE Requirements

Every member of the Alabama bar must complete a minimum of 12 hours of CLE each year. Six of those hours must be live programming (including live teleseminars.) Six may be pre-recorded video, including online seminars.

Ethics Requirement

Attorneys are required to earn 1 hour each year of ethics or professionalism credits. Most of CLE Alabama's live programs will contain ethics, or you can get your ethics credit via one of our online seminars. For more information, contact the Alabama State Bar Association.
