A course designed for attorneys and other professionals who handle real estate, title insurance, and other property issues.

This course has been approved by the Alabama State Bar for 6 MCLE Credit hours, including 1 hour of Ethics

This course has been approved by the Alabama Department of Insurance for 6 hours of CE Credit (5 hours General Credit and 1 hour Ethics Credit) 

What Will Be Covered: 

This seminar will cover recent legislation and cases affecting real property law and title insurance, sales and purchasers of real property, survey issues, an ALTA policy and endorsement forms update, and much more.

Who Should Attend:

Attorneys with a real property practice or who are licensed title insurance agents, as well as non-attorneys who possess an Alabama Individual Title Insurance License and other professionals who deal with Real Property Issues, will benefit from this seminar.
